Eat more food that contains high percentage of fiber. We need at least 30 grams of fiber a day because they are useful to absorb excessive cholesterol in your blood. Foods that contain fiber include cereals and vegetables. You can increase the amount of fiber intake because a recent study reveals that average American adults are taking an approximate of 12g of fiber in their diet.

Avoid eating food with high sugar, hydrogenated oils and Trans-fat level because they are only going to leave scars on artery walls and caused cholesterol to stick on your artery walls. If you want fried food, then you should use olive oil and coconut oil because they known to contain high level of monounsaturated fatty acids. They are clinically proven to help lower cholesterol level.

Be sure to have plenty of water on daily basis because they can help you to process the waste and toxins from your body. Every healthy adult need at least 8 glass of water everyday.

Make it as a routine activity to spend at least 30 minutes to do some exercise. It doesn't matter what you're really doing as long as you're using your muscles and sweating.
